Complete vehicle appraisals in an accurate and timely manner (within 3 minutes). This consists of checking for proper Pictures, verifying the odometer-reading matches the VAAC entry, verifying the correct title has been uploaded, reviewing Auto Check Report and checking the title for any \u201cbrand\u201d.


  • Contact web leads by phone and e-mail to provide and assist with title loan information, store location, Required documents and schedule appointments.
    • Retrieve web lead within 30 seconds. Contact by phone and e-mail.
    • Mark \u201cSuccessful Contact\u201d if you physically speak with customer and enter detailed notes. Detailed notes help establish a personal relationship when following up in the future.
    • Mark \u201cAppointment Made\u201d with store number, date and details if you make an appointment. Once appointment has been made, click on the stores e-mail address and e-mail the Appointment Information to the store, district manager & VAAC management.
    • If \u201cNo Contact\u201d enter a note. Left v-mail, sent e-mail, v-mail full, no v-mail, etc. You will receive a reminder in 15 minutes for all non-successful contacted leads.
  • Follow up with uncontacted leads, contacted leads but not converted, scheduled appointments and
  • Converted leads on a daily basis.
  • Review the Daily Activity Report each morning for your appointments that have converted.
  • Assist stores with technical issues that involve VAAC applications. This will include resizing of photos
  • In addition, providing instructions for adjusting camera settings to avoid resizing of photos in the
  • Future.
  • Familiarize yourself with the State and Corporate Guidelines for each State
  • Approve VAAC Submissions on the VAAC Training Site
  • Process Pre-Appraisals, Provide Override codes and process increases requested by Regional Manager
  • Management may require additional tasks


  • Previous title experience preferred but not required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Hours: Monday- Friday 1:00pm - 9:30pm. Work schedule will include at least one Saturday.
  • Ability to pass a credit and background check.
