Using your Human Resources and Talent Acquisition experience, you would work alongside Recruiters to update and post job postings, source/qualify candidates, run various reports, and assist with marketing and advertising requests from the field.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage a requisition load of up to 15 positions at a time
  • Source, qualify, and screen candidates for assigned requisitions
  • Partner with Regional Recruiter and Director on areas of assistance
  • Maintain KPI reporting metrics (daily/monthly/annually)
  • Assist with planning and preparation for recruitment events to include advertisements, candidate transfers, email blasts, candidate scheduling, credit screenings, and candidate sourcing.
  • Candidate transfers from outside postings.
  • Post positions for regional, field level, and affiliated brands, as needed
  • Complete candidate pre-employment screening
  • Credit adjudications for all candidates, field and corporate
  • Prepare travel arrangements for candidate interviews, career fairs, and Recruiters
  • Submit monthly invoices for payment
  • Obtain purchase orders as needed for new vendors and agreements
  • Conduct \u201cCheck In Calls\u201d with all field new hires for assigned Division
  • Employee Experience Center front desk, call reception, and badge creation



  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2+ years of work-related skill, knowledge, and experience.
  • Recruiting/HR experience preferred.
  • Available to work part time hours Monday through Friday (10:00am to 3:00pm).

Skills and Abilities:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-starter who can prioritize tasks and manage deadlines.
  • Ability to apply critical thinking and data-driven, analytical approach to decision-making and problem solving.
  • Strong organization skills.
  • Ability to navigate and utilize an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
