Check Into Cash, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Web Developer responsible for managing and maintaining web applications, developing new projects and services, and integrating marketing software systems. You will leverage your knowledge and experience to propose solutions to business problems and be able to execute on creating solutions. You will be self-motivated, stay up to date on current coding trends, and provide clean, structured code that follows industry best practices in partnership with I.T.


  • Participate in an agile team of professionals to develop and maintain complex web applications, including:
    • Participation in IT Scrum sessions.
    • Requirements Grooming.
    • Cross-Functional Training.
    • Code Reviews.
    • Peer Development.
    • Architecture Design and Review Collaborations.
    • Quality Assurance Test Planning.

  • Responsible for Front End development and maintenance.
  • Adoption of established design system patterns into existing and new web applications.
  • Complete understanding of frontend web technologies, including: HTML, CSS, jQuery/JavaScript, Bootstrap, Angular, XHTML.
  • Proven ability to understand and design web applications with the following requirements:
    • Responsive Web Design.
    • ADA (American Disability Act) compliant.
    • SEO best practices.
    • Secure app development.
    • Scalable utilizing cloud-based technologies.
    • Cross-browser compatible.
    • Mobile and Desktop compatible.
    • Marketing Tracking: Pixels, Google Tags, Etc.

  • Analyze platform functionality gaps, under-utilized capabilities, identifying ways to optimize performance.
  • Develop, and support static and interactive websites in support of the company’s needs.
  • Take ownership and consult with various departments on development projects.
  • Assess various department needs, develop working prototypes and develop maintainable sites.
  • Provide support for third-party web-based applications.
  • Serve as the web/digital consultant for the Marketing department, including recommendations, updates, problem-solving, and quality assessments.
  • Own Google Tag Manager and ongoing accuracy
  • Other duties as assigned


  • 5 years’ experience as a web developer
  • Bachelor degree, certification, or equivalent experience
  • Thorough knowledge of frontend development to execute marketing initiatives
  • Functional knowledge and coding experience (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress, Bootstrap, Azure, CDN)
  • Basic knowledge of Search Engine Optimization technology requirements
  • Ability to multitask within specific time constraints, budgets, and business goals
  • Willing to share your knowledge with others
  • Exceptional communication skills
