Job Description



As Project Coordinator for Risk Systems you will provide support to a small, fast paced implementation team and work closely with all groups across Risk Management and the company to facilitate the implementation of a wide variety of software development and supporting projects.

On a daily basis you will:

  • Interact with Risk department leaders and developers to define, scope and prioritize multiple projects
  • Communicate with other groups across the company regarding project approvals, scope, and dependencies
  • Provide support in the converting of business requirements into development requirements and fully defined project specifications
  • Ensure that all defined tasks of a given project are followed, tested, documented and approved
  • Helping to set, and, where needed adjust, time lines and scope as changes occur
  • Track the status of multiple projects and deliverables
  • Help define, develop and own a project management system and promote/enforce its use and reporting as needed
  • Assist Risk department leadership with other tasks as needed

Experience and Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of technical project coordination and management experience with multiple, completed projects. Financial services experience is highly advantageous.
  • A familiarity with SQL database related projects, .Net Application development and Web Service API integrations
  • Experience using SharePoint, Visio, MS Office products
  • Communicate effectively with both business and technically oriented individuals
  • Be creative and innovative in your approach to developing new and better methods and processes to achieve our implementation and project goals
  • You should possess a knowledge of common project management methods as well as a capacity to pick the right method/tool for a given project
  • Be flexible to changes in priorities and manage project or task queues accordingly
