Job Description

The Part-Time Customer Service Representative interacts with customers in response to inquiries about products and services. This employee handles customer transactions, assists the Manager in administrative duties, customer relations activities, and other duties that support the operation of the store.  The Part-Time Customer Service Representative works 20 to 24 hours per week. 

Duties of this Job include: 

  1. Establish excellent business relationships with the customer and handle customer complaints.
  2. Accomplish daily computer functions.
  3. Answer the telephone.
  4. Make courtesy calls on customers.
  5. Perform assigned collection duties.
  6. Balance the cash drawer.
  7. Perform banking procedure of pickup and deposit.
  8. Perform all actions needed to open and close the store.
  9. Complete all security checks each day.
  10. Learn how to solicit for new business development.
  11. Be able to complete Daily Reports.
  12. Perform other duties or instructions legally required by management.

Job Requirements

  1. Good work history.
  2. Good credit history.
  3. Good communication skills which include both verbal and written.
  4. Ability to successfully work with customers.
  5. Vehicle: to run errands.
  6. Professional appearance and demeanor.
  7. Valid Driver’s License.
  8. High School Diploma or equivalent.
