The Instructional Designer/ Regional Trainer is responsible for the design and delivery of training programs for Check Into Cash employees.  This person supports the business needs through building the skills and knowledge of employees.  They consult with key stakeholders to design, develop and implement the appropriate training solutions.


  • Design, develop and deliver various training programs.
  • Assess various training needs and identify the best training solution to match the needs.
  • Write concise, effective training instruction.  Course deliverables may include design documents, storyboards, and instructor and participant materials.
  • Design and develop e-learning courses, and webinars.
  • Conduct field training as necessary.
  • Provide support and information on training initiatives to District Managers through a Train the Trainer methodology.
  • Uphold training standards for the company.
  • Travel is required to support the field training inititatives.


  • Expert knowledge in all areas of instructional design.
  • Highly skilled at delivering training in person, via webinar, or other methods of virtual training.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and adhere to deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills.
  • Proficient at Microsoft Office, Adobe, Flash, Lectora or other e-learning software
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field recommended.
