General Summery

Check into Cash is looking for, Customer Experience (CX) Analyst in capturing and analyzing experience feedback across all customer touchpoints, with a defined action plan and continuous follow up. Utilizing IBM Customer Experience Tealeaf Platform, bringing a better understand to the customer journey and its opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Document customer flows, maps and journeys.
  • Developing test plans around the different comments of the customer flows, implementing test cases, and performing manual testing of the website/communication flows.
  • Analyze preferences and request of the end user through A/B and multivariate testing
  • Working to identify and share debug sessions from Tealeaf both customer and employee facing.
  • Managing Tealeaf’s Customer Experience Platform from strategic planning to tactical activates.
  • Conduct Market research & analysis of market trends.
  • Collaborate effectively with other departments to implement strategies and initiatives.
  • Track and report project activities, schedule progress, critical success factors, and performance against the triple constraints.
  • Manage meeting agenda, recording, documenting, and distributing.
  • Provide analytical and financial estimate of test plans
  • Develop reports and presentation of result, recommendations and actions.
  • Maintain documentation for Check into Cash Design System.
  • Projects as Assigned.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in related field.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field.
  • Analytical insight and skills to identify opportunities.
  • Good time management.
  • Strong project management skill set
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment but remain appropriately detail oriented.
  • Knowledge of marketing channels and buyer funnels.
  • A strong work ethic and demonstrated ability to multi-task and work independently.
  • Fluent in the use of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Visio). Proficient with current technology.
  • Strong listening skills to interpret and translate information.
  • Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills with experience in communication and working with all levels of the company.
