Center Manager

Job Requirements

Requirements: 

  • 1 to 2 years of Management Experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Form of Transportation
  • An Outstanding Customer Service Driven Attitude
  • Financial Services sales experience is a plus!

Required Experience
  1. OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES

    • Must be 21 years or older (unless authorized by Regional Vice President).
    • The ability to prioritize and make on-the-spot decisions regarding customer transactions, weighing customer satisfaction issues with company's exposure to loss or fraud.
    • High degree of accuracy.
    • Strong organizational skills.
    • Exhibit tact and diplomacy working with diverse employees.
    • Professional appearance.
    • Knowledge of all company’s products and services.
    • Must have the ability to travel for any required special assignment.

     

    SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

    The Center Manager is responsible for managing at least one employee in the Center. The Center Manager is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the center and carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing candidates (under the direction of the District Manager or Area Manager), training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work, appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees (under the direction of District Manager or Area Manager); addressing complaints and resolving problems. 

     

    PHYSICAL DEMANDS  The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. 

    While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, use hands, talk or listen. The employee may occasionally be required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and must be capable of lifting/moving up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. 

     

    WORK ENVIRONMENT  The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. This position is in an office setting which is usually a quiet, however, it does require employees to be able to complete tasks outside of the office that includes running errands, visits to banks, and marketing.
