Job Requirements


  • 1 to 2 years of Management Experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Form of Transportation
  • An Outstanding Customer Service Driven Attitude
  • Financial Services sales experience is a plus!

Required Experience

Qualified candidates must possess the following:

  • Ability to manage a team of 4/6 collectors for multiple sites
  • Skip tracing experience with hands on collecting experience
  • Handle all insurance claims and repossession accounts
  • Processing and posting insurance checks, making daily deposits
  • Underwriting experience
  • Develop proactive approach to collections activity
  • Perform root cause analysis on problem accounts
  • Analyze past due accounts and prepare list of write-offs for uncollected balances
