General Summary

Provides timely, complete, and cost effective maintenance solutions in order to keep centers comfortable, functional, and operational.  Responsible for other duties as assigned.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions)

  • Processes all incoming maintenance complaints.
  • Communicates with operations and store personnel to better evaluate problems and devise solutions.
  • Documents all requests and communications and researches previous complaints.
  • Obtains vendors for repairs, negotiate costs and advises store personnel of response times.
  • Submits work proposals to Director of Construction for approval.
  • Processes and delivers purchase orders, invoices, and invoice approvals to Accounts Payable.
  • Conducts daily follow\u2011ups with store personnel until completion of repairs.
  • Posts totals to cost analysis located in the company network.
